Olympia Holding AS (OH) has on its balance sheet a substantial portfolio of stocks and bonds listed on various bourses, but also shareholdings in non listed companies and ownership in investment funds. The majority of financial investments have over the last years successfully been concentrated in the energy sector and other growth areas.

OH has also entered into a co-operation with an experienced and well-reputed Norwegian ship owner. OH has through this cooperation made investments, and taken exposure in the global shipping markets, and the values have so far turned to be very positive for the company.

OH has through its subsidiary Olympia Holding d.o.o., located in Zagreb, Croatia made substantial investments in real estate in that region, both at the beautiful coastline and inland, and both in properties that will be developed to be residential dwellings and in commercial sites to be developed into shopping malls and offices. There investments are all owned by SPV's.

OH has made smaller direct investments in Montenegro and Albania, and will carefully follow the economic development in these countries through established local channels, with good knowledge to the economic and political situation in this area. These contacts also have access to various business opportunities (direct investments) in the area.
