Development site known as “Šimuni” situated on location that overlooks the ACI Šumini Marina on the western side of the picturesque Island of Pag, which is linked to the Central Dalmatia mainland by both bridge and ferry-links.

International Transport Hubs

Less than 45km form the Property is situated Zadar airport. Located in Donji Zemunik approximately 7 kilometres east of Zadar, the airport serves as the flying base for Lufthansa’s flight school InterCockpit. In the period from January to June 2006 traffic in Zadar airport has increased for 95% than the previous year. Plan for the end of 2007 is in total 121,500 passengers.

The Property also benefits from proximity of Split’s International airport, located approximately 90 minutes travel-time by car. The airport is the third largest in Croatia in terms of passenger numbers (1,095,852 in 2006). It is an important hub for Croatia Airlines offering flights to many European cities such as; London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris.

In first three months in 2007 Split airport booked 71,765 passengers, 15% higher from the year before. By the end of 2007 it is expected a number of 1.170.000 million passengers. Starting in autumn 2007 and running through the year 2011, major overhaul works will be conducted at Split International. By 2011, Resnik will have an expanded terminal, with 4 jet ways. A new, larger apron will be built, because the present one is far insufficient.

Site description

The Site extends over an area of 79,000 sq m and is situated in a prime location some 10km from town of Pag and les than 55km from city of Zadar.

The Site is roughly rectangular in shape and the topography of the Site is mild slope.
