Development site known as “Trsikovac” is situated in the Dubrovnik – Neretva County of Croatia, approximately 20 km south of town Dubrovnik and 5 km from the Dubrovnik International Airport in Cilipi. The town Cavtat is centre of Konavle municipality.
Development area of “Trsikovac” is located in southern part of town Cavtat, in unbuilt area of the town urban area, 400 meters away from the coast and 1.200 meters away from the town centre. The development location covers mainly southern slopes of hill Trsikovac (163.5 meters altitude), situated by the existing macadam road (extension of Stjepana Radica street) which ends in Mocici settlement.
The development site covers 46.135 sq m and it is mainly covered by low Mediterranean plants called macchia. The development location has undisturbed panoramic view to the open sea (southern slope of hill Triskovac).
Vehicular connections
Though the bus line do run every day on line Cavtat – Dubrovnik there is no other form of regular public transport in the immediate vicinity of the site.
The Property benefits from close proximity of the Dubrovnik International airport, approximately 5 minutes of travel-time by car.
The airport is located approximately 20 km (12,5 mi) from Dubrovnik city center, near Cilipi. In 2007, Dubrovnik Airport had continued to receive more flights and charters especially during the summer months.

The Site extends over an area of 46.135 sq m and is situated in a prime location some 1.2 km from the administrative centre of town Cavtat and 400 meters from the coast maintaining unspoiled sea view. We have adopted optimal buildable area of 32.000 sq m.
The Site is irregular in shape and the topography of the site is slope, since the Site is located on hill Triskovac. Gradually elevation of the Site will ensure that all residential units have unspoiled sea view.
