The development site known as “Sinjoretovo” is situated on the hill on the northeast side of Zadar, approximately 5 minutes away by car from the city centre. The development site has excellent access by car and the public transport.

Zadar, a port city, is located on the coastal region in central Dalmatia, Croatia. To Zadar's west is the beautiful Adriatic Sea, to its immediate north are its hundreds of islands, to its south are the cities of Split and Dubrovnik and to its east are the picturesque Dinaric Alps. Just opposite of the city centre are Ugljan and Pasman islands.


Site description

The Site extends over an area of 40,000 sq m and is situated on the northeast side of Zadar town, 3 km away from the city centre. The development site is located on the hill and overlooks the city and the islands in the Zadar archipelago.

The site consists of empty land which is slightly sloping and is located in a residential zone for a minimum of 50% of the future development to be residential.
